Profile Summary of Our Key Management Personnel

Mr. Uwem Udoh – Executive Chairman
A Petroleum Engineer with several years of industry experience working with Baroid, shell and Schumberger across the world. He has been Project Manager on various drilling campaigns in different parts of the world and is currently CEO of WellManned, an Integrated Project Management company in Nigeria, presently handling a few multi-million dollar projects most of which are marine based.

Mr. Rodney Hadlow – Chief Operating Officer
An Engineer with over thirty years’ experience in the Oil/Gas construction industry in Europe,U.K, Middle east, far East, Africa and Latin America as a Protective Coating, Rigging Supervisor/General Foreman and onshore Fabrication Superintendent. Experience includes dry-docking of offshore marine support vessels with various gross tonnages to 1,000 tons. He is a well-rounded project manager with proven skills in the area of Logistics and personnel coordination for large multi-million dollar projects.

Mr. Usman Bello – Director
Usman has a background in Geology, Geography and Environmental Science from Brunel University, U.K and an MBA from United Kingdom. He has worked extensively as compliance and regulatory professional with domestic and international experience in oil and gas industry. He has also been active in Government and regulatory relations within the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.

Ms. Bunmi Akingbehin – Company Secretary
A lawyer with over 10 years of corporate legislative and regulatory background, as well as domestic and international experience in corporate governance and administration, personnel management, business development, financial management and broad matters. She is a well-rounded corporate lawyer with proven skills in the area of business development and contract administration.

Mr. Pius James – Chief Financial Officer
Pius holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) as well as an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a well-rounded accountant with over 26 year’s oil and gas experience in all areas of accounting. Prior to joining Coastland, he worked with Oando Exploration and Production Limited and Pan Ocean Oil Corporation as Finance/Admin Manager and Accounts Coordinator respectively. Pius is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Coastland Energy Logistics Limited.
